of Market Companies) and all our studies are conducted according to the ICC
/ ESOMAR International Code of Marketing and Social Research Practice.
Even if we are not yet certified, we follow the quality standards of
ISO 20.252.
We believe that in order to maintain high quality standards, in addition
to strict methods of control in all our processes (real time monitoring,
recordings, interview checks, validation of data entry, typing and coding)
it is necessary to keep a continuous dynamic of training, evaluation and
re-qualification.
