Sergio worked for 15 years in the publishing industry with a focus on architecture. From this experience at Editora Projeto, he took his leadership skills and practice in logistics to the market research area. Before founding Network Market Research he worked as fieldwork manager at EP - Escritório de Pesquisa Eugenia Paesani and at CPM Research. After 15 years as head of Network, Sergio continues to believe in excellence in research as a mission and in the need of valuing and training research professionals as a way to achieve it. He is an active member of GAPCAM (Support Group to Fieldwork Professionals), a work group of ASBPM.

Since she was a student of Social Sciences at USP, Cintia worked in social research; after 10 years of social research she entered the area of market research and has worked in this field for more than 20 years. With an Executive MBA in Marketing from IBMEC (currently Insper) and extension courses at USP and FGV, the sociologist never stops studying. Throughout her journey in institutes like EP, Ibope, Indicator and Ipespe, Cintia worked as analyst, moderator and manager, accumulating extensive experience in various categories, serving international companies and advertising agencies. At Network she is dedicated to ensuring compliance with ISO 20.252 standards. Since August 2014 she has been working in ASBPM administration, organizing its courses and events as director. She teaches the Quantitative Research Coding course at ASBPM.
